Refund Policy

Temperature Nomad is operated by Kelly Kuhl. The converter itself is free. The only thing you can pay for is a voluntary one-time “coffee” tip.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind about a tip for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will approve it. You do not need to give a reason.

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, reply to the Stripe receipt emailed to you at checkout and include the amount and date of the payment. We handle all order inquiries and refunds directly, and the refund is returned through Stripe.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the funds within five to ten business days.

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or did not recognise a charge, reply to your Stripe receipt and we will resolve it, including outside the 30-day window.

Tips are one-time charges. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and nothing to cancel.
